KVS stands for the KendriyaVidyalayasSangathan and it is a system of Central Government Schools in India which have been instituted under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). It comprises over 100 schools in India and 3 in abroad. KendriyaVidyalayasSangathan system came into being in 1963 under the name Central Schools. The KendriyaVidyalayasSangathan yearly release the TGTs, PGTs, PRTs, and Non-Teaching vacancies for the candidates who want’s to make their career in govt teaching job.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are going to apply KVS Recruitment 2018 must complete their education qualification (mentioned below). For the reason that, if candidates will not qualified with the required education qualification then they will not eligible to fill KVS 2018 Application Form. Please check the post wise educational qualification below.

Deputy Commissioner (Group-A) Candidates must have at least a second class Master's degree and B.Ed or equivalent degree. 50 Years
Assistant Commissioner (Group-A) Candidates must have a Master's degree and B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks. 50 Years
Administrative Officer (Group-A) Candidates must have graduate from a recognised university. 45 Years
Finance Officer (Group-B) Candidates must have B.Com degree with 50% marks in aggregate and at least 4 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works.
OR
Candidates must have M.Com degree with 50% marks in aggregate and at least 3 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works.
OR
Candidates must have CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter) or MBA (Finance) or PGDM(Finance) with 2 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works.
35 Years
Assistant Engineer (Group-B) Candidates must have Graduate in Electrical Engineer from a recognised University and 2 years experience in design and engineering in the concerned branch. 35 Years
Assistant (Group-B) Candidates must have Graduate with 3 yearsexperience as UDC in Central/ State Govt/ AutonomousBody/ Public Sector Undertaking. 35 Years
Hindi Translator (Group-B) Candidates must have a Master's degree with the required subject. 28 Years
Upper Division Clerk (Group-C) Candidates must have graduate from a recognised university. 30 Years
Stenographer Grade-II (Group-C) Candidates must have 12th pass from a recognised board. 27 Years
Lower Division Clerk (Group-C) Candidates must have 12th pass from a recognised board. 27 Years
Librarian (Group-B) Candidates must have Bachelors Degree in Library Science OR Graduate with one-year diploma inLibrary Science from arecognised Institute. 35 Years

Age Limit Criteria

Maximum Age Limit for PRT Teacher 30 years
Maximum Age Limit for TGT Teacher 35 years
Maximum Age Limit for PGT Teacher 36 years
