RBI Assistant is considered as one of the most prestigious exams organized yearly on a National Level for the recruitment process of Assistants post in different branches of RBI across India. The detailed notification will be published with RBI Assistant exam date, tentative vacancy, apply online dates, eligibility criteria, and result announcement date. Last year a total of 623 vacancies were released for the post of RBI Assistant.

RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria

Before applying candidates are required to go through the RBI Assistant 2019 eligibility criteria into two levels. To be qualified for the post of RBI Assistant students have to fulfill the following criteria:

1. Age Eligibility:

  • Minimum Age is 20 Years and Maximum is 28 years.
  • However, RBI has given some age relaxation for the students applying for the post of Assistant in different categories which are stated below:

2. Educational Qualification: Aspirants can check educational criteria below:

  • Graduate from University/ Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India.
  • Minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate
  • Knowledge of word processing on Personal Computer (PC).

RBI Assistant Salary

  • The basic pay is Rs. 14650/- per month (i.e. Rs. 13150/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates only) in the scale of 13150-750 (3)-15400- 900(4) -19000-1200(6)-26200-1300 (2)-28800- 1480(3) – 33240 – 1750 (1)- 34990 (20 years).
