Example 5 : A and B together can complete a task in 20 days. B and C together can complete the same task in 30 days. A and C together can complete the same task in 30 days. Number of days taken by A,B,C when completing the same task alone And in how many days they can together finish the job?

Answer:

By Tricky method:

  • Start Same As Previous Examples .Then Add Up All Three Efficiency:
  • 2(A+B+C) =3+2+2
    (A+B+C)=7/2=3.5

Time and Work Type 3

  • Now Find Out Individual Efficiency: We Know A+B=3 & A+B+C=3.5 SO By Putting Value We Can Find Out Value Of C=0.5
  • C Can Do 0.5 Works In A Day. How Many Days He Will Take To Do 60 Works?
  • 60/0.5=120 Days
  • By This Method We Can Find Work Done By A And B. Please Answer In Comment Box.
  • To Find Out Work Done By Them Together
  • 60/3.5=120/7 Days

Question for You : A and B together can complete a task in 20 days. B and C together can complete the same task in 30 days. A and C together can complete the same task in 40 days. Number of days taken by A,B,C when completing the same task alone And in how many days they can together finish the job?
