A human Body needs Vitamins, Carbohydrates and Fat to grow and Vitamins are organic compounds which boost & strengthen metabolism in our body. Vitamins are vital amino acids. These organic compounds are required in very small quantities for our body. Without Vitamins the food breakdown could not be possible. It is also responsible for the formation of blood Cells, Hormones, Bones, Muscles and other nervous & genetic compounds in a Human Body.
There are two types of Vitamins.
Water Soluble Vitamins : - It includes Vitamins C and B-Complex.
Fat Soluble Vitamins : - Vitamin A, D, E and K are considered soluble in fat.
